April 11: Sugar Cookies

My friend Emily inspired me to make sugar cookies today. I have a great recipe and I love to make them, but it is a long process so I only make sugar cookies once or twice a year. This time I made egg and bunny shaped cookies. I ended up with so many I was giving them away to family, friends, co-workers. I ate a few myself too. Yum!
